Answer Health Questions
-You only need to answer health questions. No medical examination is required if you apply the Well SmartPro or Well Protect 108 Refundable Hospital Income Insurance Plan.

Provide Tax Residency Information (for refundable plan only)
-Declare tax residency in accordance with United States Government’s Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) and the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 2016 and the subsequent relevant amendment ordinance

Pay the Premium
-You can choose to authorize us to debit your account or use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or JCB card) for payment of initial premium and levy
-You can also choose to pay future premiums and levy by autopay
-If you choose to pay future premiums through autopay by credit card, the same credit card for initial premium will be used for autopay.
Submit Application
-Your application will be submitted to us immediately after you confirm your payment,
-We will immediately send an email to you with your application details and future premium reference for your record.
Assess Application
-In general, assessment will only take 2 working days
-If your application is accepted, you will receive an SMS confirmation. You will also receive an email containing your policy document confirming the policy being effective,
-If we need additional information from you, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Manage Policy
-After your policy becomes effective, you can register at our online policy service platform and check your policy at any time. Before any premium refund and key policy changes will be made, you may be required to visit our office in person and, in case of premium refund via credit card, bring along with proof of your personal credit card for premium payment, for verification.

Death or Critical Illness claim - within 5 working days

For claimable amount estimation of VHIS plans, please call our Claims Hotline and provide required information before hospital admission. We will notify you the estimation result within 3 working days.
